Prediction League
 

Are you a budding football pundit who think you can predict the outcome of matches?  Why not join the Prediction League for the 2010/11 season?  The idea is simple - you predict the results of matches and the better your prediction the more points you gain.  In the case of the Main Game, predictions are for the full Saturday Southern League South & West programme and for the Mini Game you only need to predict the result of Boro's games. For this season, as well as the overall end-of-season prize, we will be awarding a Predictor of the Month award for the person with the highest points tally in that calendar month.  There is also a Cup competition that runs throughout the season. You can join in at any point so if you are interested, please contact Derek by email at derek.ive@ntlworld.com stating whether you would like to compete in the Main Game or the Mini Game.
MAIN GAME Predict the results of each Saturday's full Zamaretto League South & West programme. Entry into the Main Game is £5 and points will be awarded as follows: 3 points for a totally correct score 1 point if correct result (ie home win, away win etc) plus a bonus point if the goal difference is correctly predicted. The winner of the League will be the person with the highest number of points following the last Saturday of the 2010/11 season.  In addition there will be a monthly "Manager of the Month" award for the player with the most points obtained within that calendar month. The winner receives 50% of the money pooled with the club receiving the remaining 50%.
