Gosport Borough Youth Football Club will be holding their annual pre-season football festival on Saturday 30th and Sunday 31st August 2008.

The tournament has been arranged to give all those teams participating a warm up for the forthcoming season, rather than arranging their own friendly matches. 

Under 7s, 8s, 9s, 10s and U12 girls will play in a mini-soccer tournament whilst the under 11s, 12s, 13s and 14s will take part in an eleven-a-side tournament at HMS Sultan Polo Field, Military Road, Gosport. 

Saturday's programme will consist of the U7s, U9s, U11s, U13s and U12s (girls) competitions whilst on Sunday it will be the turn of the U8s, U10s, U12s and U14s.  Please note that the age group qualification for players will be for the season 2008/2009. 

The entrance fees for the tournament are £40 per team in the eleven-a-side competitions and £25 per team in the mini-soccer competitions.  Each age group will consist of a maximum of 16 teams.  Mini soccer can register a maximum of 10 players and the U11s and above can register a maximum of 16 players.
