Pike adds balance to Boro' squad
Published: 17 December 2007

Boro' will once again have a presence on the left of midfield following the signing of Lee Chudy from league rivals Andover.

Chudy, who has found the net on ten occasions for The Lions this season will hope to make his debut for Boro' at Windsor & Eton tomorrow night - if the paperwork goes through in time.

His signing will add much needed balance to the side following the loses of David Birmingham and Ritchie Way.

"I believe Lee was Andover's leading goalscorer," said Boro' boss Alex Pike, "and he will provide the balance we have been looking for since losing Dave and Ritchie.

"He is in excellent form, has a cracking cross and is also superb at set-pieces."

Twenty-seven year old Chudy also counts Lymington & New Milton, Burnham and Basingstoke Town among his former clubs.
