Rhys is U8s red Vauxhall player of
the month

As part of the
ongoing support from our sponsors there is now a monthly trophy award for
the U8 reds.
The player of the month award is decided by the other players in the team and is for recognition of teamwork and contribution during league and friendly matches played for that month.
The trophy award for the month of October was awarded to Rhys Warmsley.
Rhys joined The Boro' in June this year and settled in well at right back. Over the course of the pre-season tournaments and friendlies Rhys' speed proved a problem for many opposition players and often made darting runs setting up the Boro's midfield players.
Having watched Rhys develop we switched him to right wing at the start of October. Rhys' confidence grew in the new position and this proved beneficial for The Boro' with Rhys scoring seven goals in two games.
Rhys favourite team is
Portsmouth and he also enjoys watching The Boro' when they play their home
games.
