Matthew wins U8 'reds' Player of the
Month Award

of the U8 Reds away strip Fareport were pleased to award the trophy for the
Player of the Month for December 2007 to Matthew Boudier.
The Player of the month award is decided by the other players in the team and is for recognition of team work and contribution during league and friendly matches played for that month.
Matthew joined the U8’s in May 2007 and quickly established himself in the left wing position causing many problems to the opposition with his determination and tackling ability.
His exploits in this position has gained him six goals this season and five Man of the Match awards.
Matthew has now proven to be quite a diverse player and is strong in a defensive role and recently a talented goalkeeper in friendly games.
He has now formed partnerships with Jack Gillen and a previous Player of the Month Rhys Warmsley to great effect as a midfield trio and they grow stronger as a unit game on game.
Matthew’s favourite team is Portsmouth and is a avid watcher of The Boro' when at Privett Park.
