In the final Home Fixture of the pre-season schedule, BORO’ ran out 1 - 0 winners with one of the Trialists scoring the only goal of the game after 13 minutes played.

The victory built on the decent performance a few days earlier, again at the AEI when visitors AFC Portchester were beaten 3 - 1
