Sholing came looking for the points…and left with the points

It took just 2 minutes for the visitors to take the lead after a good turn and shot from Jake McCarthy put Sholing ahead

Gosport were given a lifeline when they were awarded a penalty and Hisham Kasimu made it count and made it level at the break 1 - 1

With Sholing scoring the winner in the second half, it left the vast majority of the 1,100 crowd finding their way home disappointed
