Gosport Borough U18’s just can’t stop scoring, after notching a 12 - 0 victory away at Poole Town last week…the boys score another 11 goals this afternoon without reply.

U18’s Manager Zak Sharp was delighted with the teams performance.

‘Of course we are very happy with the win and the scoreline.
In previous years we would’ve won these types of games only by 3 or 4 goals, which goes to show the attitude of this group is excellent as they keep on going.

We are in a very good place at the moment. We’ve had some very good wins and performances but for me the main thing is how far all the players individually have come in a short period of time. They train very well each week and look to push one another on and off the pitch. Selecting a squad / starting 11 at times has been difficult due to the qualities each player brings to the team. A good headache to have I guess.

We now head into a double game week, competing in two cup competitions that we got into both finals of last season. Both games will be another good test, we are expecting two different types of games that our lads will need to adapt to.’
